Customer Service Advisor - Lube
- Customer Assistance: Greet customers warmly as they arrive at our quick lube facility. Listen attentively to their concerns and provide knowledgeable advice and recommendations on services based on their vehicle’s needs.
- Service Coordination: Coordinate with our service technicians to ensure efficient and timely completion of vehicle maintenance and repairs. Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles and any additional services required.
- Upselling: Identify opportunities to upsell additional services and products that align with customers’ needs and preferences. Educate customers about the benefits of various services and products to enhance their driving experience.
- Payment Processing: Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions accurately and efficiently. Maintain proper documentation of transactions and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Lube Technician
The Quick Lube Technician is responsible for performing basic automotive services and maintenance tasks efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction through prompt and quality service.
- Oil Changes: Perform quick and efficient oil changes using the appropriate tools and equipment.
- Fluid Checks: Check and top off essential fluids such as transmission fluid, brake fluid, power steering fluid, and coolant.
- Filter Replacements: Replace oil filters, air filters, and other filters as needed.
- Tire Services: Rotate tires, check tire pressure, and perform basic tire services.
- Visual Inspections: Conduct visual inspections of vehicles to identify potential issues and inform customers of any necessary repairs or maintenance.
- Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with customers, providing information about services performed and addressing any questions or concerns.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of services performed and recommendations for future maintenance.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that all tools and equipment are properly maintained and in good working condition.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other technicians and team members to ensure smooth workflow and efficient service delivery.

We are seeking a dynamic and personable Service Advisor to join our quick lube and automotive repair shop team. The ideal candidate will be the face of our business, providing exceptional customer service both over the phone and in person. They must be cheerful, approachable, and possess strong communication skills. A willingness to dive into tasks and get hands-on with vehicle inspections and repairs is essential. Previous sales experience and an outgoing personality are highly valued for this role.
1. Greet customers warmly and assist them with scheduling appointments, vehicle drop-offs, and pick-ups.
2. Act as the main point of contact for customers, providing clear and helpful communication regarding their vehicle’s maintenance and repair needs.
3. Listen attentively to customer concerns and accurately document their vehicle’s issues and service history.
4. Provide accurate estimates for repairs and maintenance services, explaining the work needed and answering any questions or concerns.
5. Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs and keep customers informed of any changes or delays.
6. Upsell additional services or maintenance packages based on customer needs and vehicle requirements.
7. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including reception area and service desk.
8. Assist with vehicle inspections, diagnostics, and basic repairs as needed, demonstrating a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
9. Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction and address any additional concerns or questions.
10. Actively participate in training programs and stay up-to-date on automotive industry trends and best practices.
